Puppy Application

Every puppy family has different personalities, and this informational form helps us identify what homes might make the best fit. Filling out the application allows us to best place a puppy in the right home. The form below is the first step in our adoption process. It also gives us the peace of mind that all Huck's Adventure puppies will be placed in homes where they are loved, trained and a proper fit for you. This information will not be used elsewhere, it is only for our records. A $250 non refundalbe deposit will be required once your application has been approved. Our Cavapoo puppies are $2500. Our Miniture Poodles start at $2500, depending on Genetics and breeding rights. The non refundable deposit of $250 will be taken off the total price of the puppy.
